How to cope with exam stress?

This workshop offers you support in learning how to cope with stress during exams. We will focus on the consequenses of stress and we will practice in coping with exam stress, fretting, and black-outs during the exam.
This workshop, offered by the Student psychologists of UvA Student Services, is offered four times.
