This scholarship covers all academic fees for the programme to which you are applying.
Student Scholars apply for a hybrid position in the programme of their choice. They receive a full scholarship to study in the programme, and in addition to attending all class sessions, they also assist with the smooth-running of the programme. As a Student Scholar, you will work closely with the Summer Programmes Office and the Academic Director(s) to ensure the programme is a success. You will also act as a local reference for your international classmates, and help them feel more at home while they are in Amsterdam.
When applying via the online application system on our website (gsss.uva.nl/summer), please indicate this opportunity in the scholarship field. In addition, please expand on the required personal statement (visit the How to apply page on each programme website for more details) the ways in which this programme and scholarship would benefit you academically, professionally, and/or personally. Be sure to list any relevant experience in planning academic events/programmes, and give us a clear picture of how you will fit in to the programme to which you are applying, and our team.
